Thank you to everyone who has got in touch about problems with Royal Mail. I’ve been in touch with their head office who firstly send their apologies, and secondly have explained that there are staff shortages at the Dinnington sorting office currently. I know how hard the posties and staff work, and will be meeting them this Friday to discuss how we can improve the service for residents.
