I have asked RMBC to extend the consultation period for the application regarding the Maltby pit top. It’s absurd that this importation application is taking place over the festive period. This joins calls from both local councillors on Friday.

I am deeply concerned about this application – in particular in regard to traffic and environmental issues. It’s right Maltby’s voice is heard and this requires time.
