Last week I visited Wales Primary School following the damage caused by the winter storm. I’m pleased to see the work to remediate the building has started – but there is still some way to go. This has been a really unfortunate situation and the pupils, governors and staff at Wales Primary have been exceptional throughout. They deserve great credit!
It makes me so proud to see the amazing people in our community come together in times like these and I will do everything to support the school more generally. The estate and their buildings needs investment and attention. I am urgently speaking to RMBC and the Department for Education to see what more can be done!
Do show some support for Wales Primary School!!!
