On Thursday, the landlord of the Little London estate in Maltby, Mr Grosskopf, was successful in his bid for planning permission to demolish the derelict houses and develop 15 three-bed properties. Big Power For Little London were successful in fighting to secure strict conditions regarding the timeframes and conditions surrounding the new development.

This is a step in the right direction for the residents of Little London and for all of Big Power for Little London who are relentless in their fight for better housing conditions on the estate. I will be working with the group to ensure that the conditions for the development are adhered to and will continue to support the group in all they do.
