On Friday I enjoyed a visit to Aston Academy, speaking with sixth form students about careers and my role as an MP.
The students asked some really insightful questions regarding my work, discussing the process of standing to become an MP and what it was like to work in my previous job as a barrister.
They also offered some feedback on local issues, including bus services, and we talked about all the great places within Rother Valley to finish off the session.
