Standing Up for Maltby

Over the past year, I’ve spoken to so many people across Maltby, and one message has come through loud and clear: people feel that Maltby has been forgotten. There is real anger and frustration about the lack of investment. I’m not blind to it and share your anger.

Maltby is a proud community, rich in history and full of potential, but it needs support. That means better amenities, investment in infrastructure and new opportunities for local young people.

I’ve taken your concerns directly to Westminster. Earlier this summer, I met with the Chancellor to make the case for why Maltby needs and deserves urgent investment. I made it clear that this is about giving Maltby the tools it needs to thrive.

This is a matter of fairness. Maltby has been left behind for too long, and I am determined to change that. We need proper, long-term support. That’s why I will continue to fight for Maltby in Parliament until it gets the investment it needs and deserves.
