Update on Royal Mail Service Delays for Affected Residents

I am aware on ongoing issues with the Dinnington delivery office, meaning that residents have not been receiving post for up to a fortnight. This is simply unacceptable. This is also not a new issue and I have raised concerns in the past as a result of the irregular service.

I have written to Royal Mail and requested a meeting with them, as a matter of urgency, to get this resolved for people, particularly in the run up to the festive season. It is important for me to understand what has caused this deterioration and what is being done to remedy this internally.
