Today marked the start of the Dinnington Regeneration Project, as initial site work began to bring down the burnt-out building.

This work should take roughly two weeks to complete and I know that the site contractors will be working hard to ensure that safety is paramount whilst this is ongoing, but please be mindful of this area whilst this is ongoing.

For too long, this building has been an eyesore on the high street and I’m really pleased that the compulsory purchase order (CPO) was secured in order to obtain the site and push for its demolition.
