IWNL Compensation Update

I am pleased to provide the following update to those on the Independent Water Networks, following the disruption that left thousands of households without water a few weeks ago.

Like Yorkshire Water, they are issuing customers with a £50 Guaranteed Standard of Service payment (GSS).

Customers who use e‑billing received the communication by email on 10th March, and customers who receive paper bills were also sent their letter by post on the same date.
