Recently, I visited Anston Medical Centre to meet with the management team of Dinnington Group Practice, which includes surgeries in Dinnington, Anston and Woodsetts.

It was really useful to discuss the opportunities and challenges facing general practice, as well as what further support they would like to see to aid the delivery of more care in the community.

I know many residents have been in contact with me about the new system in place at New Street Surgery, whereby patients can no longer park in the car park unless they are a blue badge holder. I raised this at the meeting and was told this system is now in place because staff were unable to park at the surgery and were being blocked in the car park.

You must ensure you register your car registration with reception to avoid a fine.
