Last week, I was pleased to visit Wickersley School & Sports College to meet with Wickersley Partnership Trust (WPT). The trust has 13 schools, three of which are in Rother Valley.

We had a brilliant meeting and discussed a wide range of topics, including SEND provision, attendance across the trust, outcomes and the upcoming curriculum review.

It was really important to hear from WPT about their long term vision, as well as the opportunities and challenges facing the trust.

I was also joined by Flo, a sixth form student at Wales High School, who was shadowing me for the day. Flo is hoping to go on to study Politics and International Relations at university and it was wonderful to have her help out for the day!
