Thank you to all the residents who spoke with me at a recent surgery in Maltby Tesco. It was great to speak with local residents about a range of issues, including supporting local businesses with information surrounding the Shop Unit Business Grant.

The Shop Unit Business Grant is available to businesses along Maltby High Street. The grant aims to help high street businesses in Dinnington and Maltby to enhance their premises by funding improvements that will contribute to their overall look, feel and vibrancy.

Eligible businesses can apply for grants of up to £25,000 to improve the look and feel of their shop units. Improvements could include new shopfronts, signage, flooring, lighting and other refurbishments that will enhance the attractiveness of local high streets.

Applications are open until 30 October 2025, with all projects set to be completed by the end of December 2025. Businesses interested should contact [email protected].
