The dreaded word for every driver and recently, I’ve been receiving more and more emails about them, on a daily basis. The consistency of these concerns indicate that this not an isolated issue, but a widespread problem affecting several areas across Rother Valley.

I have, following consultation with residents, identified a large list of roads that require attention, which I have passed onto Rotherham Council. I expect swift action, to identify when these roads were last inspected, remedial work that has been undertaken and whether defects have been formally recorded and classified.
